Shipping policy

We ship our farm-raised beef, pork, and tallow directly from our farm to your door.

All orders are carefully packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.

Perishable orders (meat) are shipped on the first Tuesday of each month to maintain quality and consistency in delivery.

Tallow orders ship via ground shipping within 2 business days of receiving your order.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our farm.

We currently offer nationwide shipping as well as local pickup in Greene County, Tennessee.

Because our products are perishable, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive your package. We recommend bringing your order inside and placing items in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or packages left unattended after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
